MANIFESTATION OF CYBER THREATS IN THE INFORMATION SOCIETY

This article provides an in-depth analysis of information security threats in the rapidly developing world of information technology. It elaborates on the causes, types, and scope of cybercrimes, which are among the most pressing issues of today. The legal mechanisms aimed at preventing cybercrime, the main aspects of national and international legislation, and the measures taken in this area are also analyzed. The article also examines effective methods for combating cybercrime in the field of information, technical and organizational solutions, as well as issues such as raising public awareness and improving educational programs. The importance of cooperation between government agencies, the private sector, and civil society in ensuring cybersecurity is particularly emphasized.
