This study aims to assess the possibilities and limitations of VR technologies in the field of education, to develop recommendations for their qualitative and safe integration into the educational process. In addition, a comparative analysis of DVR and IVR, convenience and impact on human health, advantages and disadvantages are discussed. Recommendations are also made about guidelines for the use of VR by people with various diseases. Researches in this area are analyzed.
